Overview
Our production line is a process that melts and extrudes polypropylene/poly lactic acid/polyester chips, stretches the melt into fibers through air drafting, collects the fibers evenly with a rotating belt, and transports them to a consolidation device to transform the fibers into strong nonwoven fabric, which is then winder and stored.
